Development Programmer Intern
Completed a 6-month internship as a System Analyst & Full Stack Developer, focusing on analyzing business processes and developing digital systems for HR, crewing, and maritime operations. Designed and built internal systems including a crew recruitment CBT platform, HRIS, and Vessel Monitoring System used across 68 vessels. Gained hands-on experience in translating business requirements into scalable web applications, as well as system implementation, user training, and maintenance.
